We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adanola pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and water bottles are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a different size in the same style.

  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
